Return Policy

Return Policy & Warranty Information

DO NOT RETURN YOUR ORDER TO THE ADDRESS THAT MAY BE ON YOUR SHIPPING LABEL OR RECEIPT

 

To return an item, you must first call or email us with your request. Upon approval, we will provide you with an RGA # and the address to return it to. We cannot accept any returns without an RGA #.

Damaged or defective parts will gladly be replaced free of charge. If you receive a defective item you will need to email us photos and/or videos of the defect/damage within our 30 day return period and we will gladly replace the damaged part/item at no charge. After our 30 day return period, the manufacturer's warranty will take effect and you will have to call them for all warranty work that needs to be done.

You may return any* unopened or unused product to us within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept any used or opened product for a refund. Please see the manufacturers warranty information after the 30 days has expired. Approved non-defective returned items may carry up to a 25% restock fee. This amount varies per manufacturer.

Once you obtain an RGA # from us, Write the RGA # on the outside of the Return Label when you send it back. All Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the issue of the RGA#. Poolandspacovers.com does not provide pre-paid return labels. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. (Unless damage to item in shipping has occurred)

We credit all returns with valid RGA #’s within 10 days of receiving the item back, less any applicable restock fees.

For your safety, we recommend sending the item(s) back to us using the delivery method in which you received it from us. Make sure you get a tracking number for your return just in case your return gets lost. We do not recommend using the US mail for expensive items. Home And Patio Living is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
